the place, what you will end up paying depends on what you want.

Of course everyone wants one common element, "to get away from it
all", with privacy and personal comfort.
You can stay at the Marriott
in San Jose, and we recommend you do it once. Nice place to stay but forgive me
for being greedy, "you have to share it", Casa Los Indios and its
natural surroundings produce the same awe inspiring feeling but best of all it
is all yours.

We have a three day minimum policy
for short term rentals.
Additional days at a rate based on rental period.
Reservations
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your dates.
Balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation prior to 60 days before arrival date: 100% refund
Cancellation 30 to 59 days before arrival date: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival date: 0% refund
We will make every effort to re-rent a canceled reservation period.
If we are successful, we will be pleased to refund the entire amount received.
