1000 acre farm down in the valley a ways has a private
landing strip and once in a while you can see a small plane
land and take off. Walk
through the 2.5 acre groomed yard, take a stroll along the river
side nature path, look at the variety of trees or watch the
activity of the abundant life in the area.
Feel free to enjoy
any of the ripe fruit you find, the property has bananas,
oranges, star fruit (local favorite), and a pineapple when it
ripens.
Take a short 10
minute drive to Costa Rica's largest national park Chirripo
National Park,
the park contains Costa Rica's highest mountain 10,400 ft.
If hiking is not
your thing, there is a natural Hot Springs 25 km or 15
miles away. Towards Rivas, up into the hills, it takes about
30 minutes to get there if that is to far then enjoy the
private four person hot tub complete with its own water fall
and wet bar..
